Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
